L.I.S.A. (Land Intelligence and Surveillance Agent) is a robotic platform. I have built it for education purposes. Plan for the future is to build some electronics systems for controlling and collecting data in it surroundings.
So far I only build the platform and controlling system with RC command, two servos, relays and switches.
For building shell I made a lot of plans. I also build 3D model in SketchUp. I made plans so making of the shell would be easy.
I built shell from PCB material (FR-4). Parts were cut with saw, grinded with file and sandpaper, and then solder together with soldering iron.
I did much research on homemade model tracks so I could design and build one on my own. In the end I choose my existing design. Sprockets are made from PE-HD, tracks are made from straps and aluminum U-profile. Profiles are bolted to straps by M3 bolts and nuts.
H-bridge is build with relays. H-bridge is controlled by switches and those depend on position of servos. Servos are controlled via RC command.
Platform also has switches on the top. First is for power, second for powering the motors and the third one is for lights. Lights are build from 3mm white LEDs.
Motors are modified servos.
