Step 1: Cast Aluminum with Lost wax casting technique
Step 2: Polish on Aluminum casting
We recommend a polishing process called "Two Step" procedure.
First, preliminary polishing: use rough polishing wheel to remove any imperfection on aluminum casting.
Second, refining polishing: using cloth polishing, which is relatively soft, polish the aluminum casting. This process is to make the aluminum casting looks like silver like shiny.
Since aluminum is much softer than bronze casting, make sure not damage aluminum casting when polishing.
You have to practice repeatedly to master the exact force requiring for polishing: not too hard, nor to light. The texture may get damaged if polishing too hard, especially in the preliminary polishing stage.
Use polishing wax approximately. Do not paste too much wax as it will make the polishing wheel slippy thus hard to perform polishing.
