Ingredients:
1 Cup Black Berries
1 Cup Raspberries
1/2 Cup Strawberries
2 Cups Ice
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Whole Milk

Tools:
Blender
1 and 1/2 Cup solid measuring cups
1 Tablespoon
2 Cup Liquid Measuring Cup
Strainer or Colander

Step 2: Prepare

Super Berry Smoothie
Wash all fruits with the strainer or colander thoroughly, as harmful molds and bacteria can grow on fruits and vegetables.

Step 3: Blend

Steps:
1. Blend the berries until smooth, 30-60 seconds
2. Add Honey, Milk, and Ice, Blend until smooth, 45-75 seconds
3. Enjoy!

Step 4: Variations

Feel free to experiment! Try different fruits, add in vegetables, try a juice instead of milk, or even put in your favorite protein powder! The options are limitless with a smoothie!
