I show how to make Mini Cinnamon Rolls, they are very easy to make and taste delicious. They are made from scratch and only take about 20-30 minutes of preparation. The ingredients are fairly common place and you will most likely already have them. A frosted glaze can be added on top the finished rolls if desired. These are great for almost any occasion and will surely impress your friends and family.

Instructions: Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the olive oil mix, add the milk and mix again after that. Form the dough into a ball adding some additional flower to thicken it a little. Roll out flat, then spread margarine or soft butter to cover the surface. Sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar, and then roll up. Cut into slices and put on a greased baking sheet or baking plate. Bake at 375 Fahrenheit until golden brown.

- 2 Cups flour

- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- ½ cup sugar

- ½ cup olive oil or shortening

- 7/8 cup of milk

- Butter

- Cinnamon


- Rolling pin

- Cutting board.

- Measuring cups

- Wisk

- Knife

- Mixing bowl
